Merry Christmas!
So now Kamden is 8 months old! He's crawling around trying to pull up and eats a lot!  I've been having a lot of headaches lately so I sleep when he sleeps! I always get a little stressed around the holidays.  Well I have been making bows and love it.  I also make small blankets for babies.  I'm not really trying to sale a lot but I do get a few people that do love my bows.
I got back into my calligraphy and I am about to start drawing again.  I just would like to draw a portrait of Kamden.
Well Christmas shopping has been done for a while.  Not looking forward to it.  More looking forward to New Years! Have a few friends over have a bon fire and rotel dip woohoo! And maybe True Blood marathon.
Oh well I'm going for now it's Lasagna night!

Couponing is Rewarding!

I finally got my binder!!!! It's so pretty. I have most of my coupons in it. There isn't much more to add. I am really excited about trying to save money to help provide for my family.
We are now receiving the newspapers at the house on Sundays. Hopefully they will send me last Sunday's also like they said so I can get the good coupons I miss!

Thats the only thing I hate about our newspaper. You pay full price at the supermarket but you may not get all the coupons. However our Newspaper will send you more than one paper to your house if you request it!

So I'm set to go to WalMart and get some free toothpaste this week.

Lack of Sleep

No one told me motherhood was easy. I never expected to be. I hate the fact I am so far away from my parents. I hate the fact that all these people promised me they would help me if I needed it and when I need it they are not there!
I would drop everything to help a friend in need. I cannot count how many times a friend would say I need and I would give if I had it. Now when I say I need no one is around. Whats worse is the people that asked me over and over again for help that I helped, are no where to be found.
Kamden is doing great now! He was colic and he's teething, so that means constant crying. Jeremy couldn't help because he's trying to bring the money in and I won't ask him because he is so tired.
So where are they now? I have a messy house... Laundry to be done... Food that needs to be cooked?!?!?!
I offer a cookout and no one shows up? I guess they know I'm going to ask them to hold Kamden for me and talk to him. He is so cute why would you say no?
Needless to say my feelings have been hurt. Because I really thought I was starting a family and making REAL friends. Instead I have to deal with the people that use me again.
I hate this gypsy blood running through my veins. If I could take Kamden with me we would be on that road... It would be Jeremy, Kamden and I just going as fast as we can trying to make that money. Seeing the sunrise in Oklahoma and chasing it as far as we could to California.

I wouldn't trade Kamden for the world and I do miss it out there. I wish she would quit calling my name.

A Mother's Love

Well Kamden has been home for a few weeks now. It's amazing how much your love can be renewed when a new member of the family has been added. Jeremy is an AMAZING FATHER! He tries so hard to take care of Kamden. He loves to feed him and hold him and he gets all teared eyed when Kamden falls asleep on his chest. Despite all the drama that everyone else is trying to put in our life our love has grown stronger. I can't wait for whats to come next....

Pain Relief

Making Rice packs... Rice, fabric, and a sewing machine... PAIN RELIEF... Sew some fabric together and put rice in it.

I was hurting really bad one day while I was at my friend Cathy's house and she introduced me to the world of rice packs. The great thing about the rice packs is that its moist heat.
I had some fabric I had bought from Hancock Fabrics and I was going to try to make a quilt but with the smaller sewing machine it's a little hard to do that so I just sewed them together to make this.
